Mr. Tony Price, joined ME Hollywood Films Corporation in 2022. Director of Global Security, DGS and actively is responsible for:

Status: Regular, Full-time, Exempt


Department: Director of Global Security, DGS Collective Security.


Location: Belgravia, London, UK, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles CA.

 

Position Summary: Collective Security & Global 24 / 7  Supervision of the Corporation Security Umbrella.

 

Mr. Price Director of Global Security (DGS) will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of an effective strategy to mitigate risk, maintain continuity of operations, and provide for the safety and security of all employees across ME Hollywood Films has 10+ global offices. The DGS will act as the subject matter expert on all safety and security related matters.

 

The DGS will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety and security policies and standards both in the US and Me Hollywood Films country offices. This position will develop security policies and systems that address  ME Hollywood Films unique security challenges and will provide direction and technical support in developing and maintaining country programs business continuity and resilience systems. The DGS will also be the lead in managing safety and security incidents worldwide.

Responsibilities:

​

Develop and oversee implementation of global security policies, procedures, guidelines, standards, and best practices, evaluating enterprise-wide effectiveness and adherence to these measures.

Develop and oversee implementation of Corporations Emergency Response Plans, Crisis Response Plans, and Disaster Recovery Plans.

​

Provide guidance on all matters relating to physical security, security risk identification, analysis and integration, and operations, security awareness, crisis management, travel security, executive security and investigative matters.

​

Act as the corporations interface and point of contact for all safety and security functions.

Lead corporations Crisis and Incident Response,Develop and deliver safety and security training and instruction direct ongoing analysis of security exposures, and develop benchmark standards and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the global safety and security systems.

​

Manage vendor relationships and contracts for safety and security services and products

Direct and oversee safety and security related risk investigations in accordance to legal requirements and company policies.

​

Prepare reports regarding investigations, physical losses, or violations of regulations, policies, and procedures related to safety & security review asset security strategy globally and develop a risk management strategy

Ensure physical security risks gaps are appropriately identified and mitigated.Oversee travel security planning for executive and senior leadership.

​

Advise on travel security risks to staff including tracking travel, providing relevant local security information and real-time response to high risk travel situations or events.

​

Develop and maintain relationships with entertainment sector security representatives and other relevant organizations for intelligence collection, analysis and threat monitoring.

​

Mentor and guide SSFP’s to ensure delivery of ME Hollywood's Leadership’s vision of safety and security.

Lead organizational learning and development function with enterprise-wide physical security and awareness training.

​

Conference support providing (if requested) on-the-ground security management for ME Hollywoods conferences, including hotel security assessment, security briefings to attendees, and serve as duty officer for emergency events.

​

Support conference planning efforts providing security and safety guidelines and developing warden groups.

​

Identify, develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective security processes and asset protection measures globally to reduce risks, respond to incidents and limit exposure to liability in all areas.

Interface with other business units to accomplish cooperative goals, representing Global Security in multidisciplinary initiatives.

​

Design and maintain training programs on relevant safety and security topics.

Manage ongoing analysis of security exposures, evaluate program effectiveness, and develop benchmarking standards and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the Global Security function.

​

Maintain close liaison with security experts in the implementation field and relevant agencies.Monitor CCTV systems, tracking software, and patrols for potential security risks. Check phones lines for security, & mobile phones. Monitor campus building activity via CCTV, key control access systems and officer patrol. Monitor security office and parking cameras, ensure proper operation of equipment, and patrol the facility periodically.Communicate emergency evacuation procedures to all residents, and conduct safety drills and training as required.

 

Respond quickly in emergency situations to take control -Responsible for providing security services for executives and office personal.Provide security clearance for vehicles and visitors at the pipeline facility, provide gate security and complete daily reports.Supervise, train and assist other security personnel in deterring disorderly conduct through strong communication skills and visual observation.

Demonstrate organizational and management skills by creating schedules, training documents, completing payroll, and training new security officers.Detain or apprehend personnel in violation of DOD security policies and procedures.

​

Mr. Price lives in Central London area. He was delighted to join the corporation, and was introduced to CEO Myke Macino by European Vice President Paula Wilson.
