The Phantom of New York, is a full blown Hollywood action thriller. Dan Casper is a mad serial killer, who is mentally ill and free on the streets of New York City. Theatrical acting coach by day, and murder at midnight is his game.
The New York Police Dept want his blood. Police lieutenant Larry De Fraser takes down half the city to catch him alive, as the Phantom drives erratically through New York City at night, then fleas the car wearing his mask when finally two hundred NYPD armed officers chase him down the New York subway, and into the depth of Manhattan. Have the cops got him or does he escape into the night? He is a master of escape,.. as the Phantom of New York.
